New Feature: Article of the Day

If I am fortunate enough to have your email address, doubtless you have received more than one “I thought you would find this interesting…” email attached to an article from (usually) NYT/Slate/The New Yorker/etc.  So, I’ve decided to bring this principle to my blog, because let’s face it: I can read articles faster than books!

Please share your own interesting internet finds.  I’m not competing with HuffPo or The Daily Beast here — just sharing the cool ideas and stories that are out there.

First up, the reliably intriguing and entertaining Malcolm Gladwell.  Author of Blink, The Tipping Point, and Outliers, he also regularly contributes to The New YorkerHere’s his most recent piece on David vs. Goliath.  It’s a discussion of how underdogs defeat the overdogs through unconventional techniques and relentless effort.  It’s about 8 internet pages long, but so worth the read.
